HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Standard worldwide shipping (7–21 business days) – FREE.

Express shipping (4–10 business days) – $40 USD / £35 GBP / €40 EUR (most items), or $60 USD / £50 GBP / €60 EUR (tobacco pouches and wine holders – larger/heavier items).

Shipping within Ukraine via Nova Poshta – FREE 

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES?

Yes, the customer is responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes charged by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount – please contact your local customs office for details before ordering. Note: as of July 1, 2026, EU customs authorities apply a flat duty on low-value imports; this may appear as a small additional charge for EU orders. If you refuse to pay duties, your order will be returned to us and the order will be cancelled with no refund.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn't immediately "in transit."
